HUDDLE ADDITION GROVEPORT

GROVEPORT - HUDDLE ADDITION Cemetery
Franklin County,
Ohio

In 1943 The HUDDLE GRAVEYARD which was on land owned by Wesley Huddle, south-west of Groveport, had to be moved in order to make way for the construction of Lockbourne Air Force Base. These 56 graves were moved to the then west section of the Groveport Cemetery and the original stones were also moved. Some stones are now broken and are unreadable but we are listing pictures of those that we have stones for and then will also list the names of the other deceased persons that we cannot identify stones. They are all buried in the last five rows of this section of the cemetery in the same relative position that they occupied in the original cemetery.
