William was born 21 Apr 1813 in Monroe Co., VA and died 14 Oct 1878 in Walnut Township, Gallia Co., OH. He was the son of William T. and Abigail (Massie) Null. He married Rebecca Arnot (Neal) on 06 Mar 1834 in Walnut Twp., Gallia Co., OH.
