Letta "Lettie" Messer was born on 03 Apr 1856 in Kentucky a daughter of Samuel Messer and wife Elizabeth Smith Messer, according to information on her death certificate. She married the Rev. Howard Presley. The Rev. and Mrs. Presley are buried in Milldale Cemetery, Scioto County, Ohio. Tombstone photo taken by James B. Carroll in 2010.
