Jefferson Perry, son of John M. Perry, married 1st. Rebecca J. Townsend and 2nd her younger sister Elizabeth Ophelia Townsned, daughters of William Riggs Townsend and Cynthia Weston Stevens Townsend. Elizabeth Ophelia Perry is actually buried in Los Angeles, California.
