Per William Billig 17 Mar 2016: She was born 19 March 1848, died 4 October 1860 of diphtheria, age 12 y 6 m 16 d. Obit in the Western Reserve Chronicle 10 Oct 1860. Her mother was actually Betsy Kagy Strong, not Leanora.
