Valentine was born 1814 in Oswego, New York and 04 Dec 1901 in Chester Twp., Meigs Co., OH. Valentine was married four times: Rebecca Hayden 4 Feb 1844, Rachael Jane Nicleson 22 Mar 1847, Elizabeth Glover Cleland 1 Dec 1850, and Sarah Thorpe April 10 1870. Valentine had at least 10 children and possibly more.
