Harold E "Mick" McDonald, 91, of Troy, died Wednesday, June 23, at Harborside Healthcare Center, Troy, following an extended illness.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Christina Beekman McDonald.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Lava (Pence) McDonald; two sisters, Marguerita Duff and Beulah Wiant; and a brother Carl McDonald.
Mr McDonald was born April 23, 1908 in Miami County. He retired in 1973 from Troy Sunshade after 42 years of service.
Services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with the Rev Steve Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Millertown.
