WARDLEY, Jean A. age 92, of Urbana and formerly of Saint Paris passed away at 9:30 a.m. on January 19, 2010 in Hearth & Home, Urbana. She was born on November 1, 1917 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Eugene and Consuelo (Hamlin) Ayers. She married Walter G. Wardley on November 4, 1939 and he preceded her in death on March 18, 1999. Together they raised two sons: Bill (Clara) Wardley of St. Paris and Walt (Mary Jane) Wardley of New Carlisle. Jean is also survived by 6 grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. She was a 1935 graduate of Sayville High School, NY. Jean was the owner of Missing Acre Orchard, St. Paris Ohio. Graveside Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the Spring Grove Cemetery, N. Heck Hill Road, Saint Paris with Rev. Dr. James VanZile presiding.
