Thomas C Westfall, age 90, of Fletcher, OH passed away at 7:30 pm on Friday, January 31, 2014 in Piqua Manor. Born on December 27, 1923 in Piqua, Tom was a son of the late Maurice and Helen (McCool) Westfall. He married the former Betty H Ponchilla on July 14, 1945 and she preceded him in death on August 20, 2006. Tom is survived by two children: Thomas O (Gloria) Westfall of Palm City, FL; Tanya (David) Couser of Fletcher, OH; and three grandchildren: Thomas A Westfall of Piqua, OH Amy (Tony) Middleton of Englewood, OH and Neil Couser of Fletcher, OH. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law: Jean Ponchilla of Fletcher and Jessie Westfall Hewitt of Tipp City. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jack and Robert Westfall. Tom was a 1941 graduate of Brown Twp High School and was retired from CONRAIL
