Richard Oren Harvey, born 22 Nov 1921, in Grand Rapids, MI, the son of Claude Leroy and Mary Ann Harvey. Died 20 Mar 1956 in Ashtabula, Oh after a long illness associated with having Rheumatic Fever as a child.
