WWI Draft Card: Jethro R. Rumfield, b. Feb 28, 1885, nearest relative: Essie Rumfield (his sister). The first census he is on is 1900 in Union, Cabell Co., WV with his father, Lyman. He is listed as John Rumfield b. Feb 1885, b. OH. 1910 census Cheshire Twp., Gallia, OH, he is Jethroe Rumfield, 25, single, b. OH and living with grandmother, Caroline Arnold and step-grandfather, Washington Arnold.
1920 census Scipio Twp. Pageville Prct., Meigs Co., OH, he is hired hand, Jethro Rumfield, 36, single, b. OH and living at Edgar Stanley's. His sister, Esse V. Stanley is next door.
1930 census Cheshire Twp., Gallia Co., OH, he is Roe Rumfield, 45, b. OH and has been married 3 yrs to Gladys, 29, with daughter, Agnes Rumfield, and step-daughter, Susan Searls
