Death Certificate - born in WV Nov 24, 1866* to Washington Turley and Margaret Thompson. Died in Sutton Twp., Meigs Co., OH April 1, 1934 aged 68y 7m 4d and married to Frank E. Holmes.
* Note there is a difference for the year of birth. The death certificate cleary shows 1866. I have not checked the 1900 census to confirm which is correct.

*Note there is a difference in the year of birth for Frank. I double checked the death certificate and it clearly shows 1967.
