**I am not sure Elmer is actually buried here; his death certificate lists he was buried in Mason City, WV. So this stone may have been place here in his memory or the burial location was changed after the death certificate was filed.
Death Certificate - Born in OH Apr 19, 1886 to Alferd Potts and Mary Andersen both born in PA. Died Jan 16, 1913 in East Liverpool Columbianan, OH, age 27y8m27. Informant: Mrs Winona Potts. Burial in Mason City WV.
