Samuel Latta was the son of John Latta II and Elizabeth Anne Hockenbury. Elizabeth Okey was the daughter of James Okey and Catherine Agin. Inscription dates are: Samuel Latta 1833 - 1912; Elizabeth H. Latta 1838 - 1911.
