Werner was born in Cleveland, OH. He married Donna Tocimak October 1, 1966 in Phillipsburg, PA. He died March 24, 2008 in Chardon, OH at the age of 67. Donna was born in Pennsylvania. They had four children. (section 29 lot 704).
