Death Certificate - born Dec 23, 1931 in Barnhill, OH to Charles Burgett born in Circleville, Ohio and Susan O'Donnell born in Bedford OH. Died in New Philadelphia, OH Nov 14, 1941 age 9y7d21d.
See Burgett Monument for view of family stone. Charles' funeral plate along with his father & mother's were found embedded in the ground on the back side of the Burgett Monument. Charles was in the middle between his father and mother's plates. It is assumed he too is buried here.
