Son of William East and Matilda Ann Brown East. Born December 1871, Germantown, Montgomery County, Ohio and died February 3, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio. Wife is Sarah A. Schultz, b. February 1875 and died between 1920-1930. Chilren of John and Sarah are Irma Matilda and Irene.
