[Daniel never married. At the time of his death Daniel was living at 1119 Bluff Avenue in Massillon and had been a resident there for 12 years. He had been an invalid for two years preceding his death. He was survived by his brother William. The funeral was held on a
Tuesday afternoon at 2 pm at his residence and then at 2:30 pm at St. John's Evangelical church. Rev, Jacob Digel officiated. His pall bearers were Dean Ziler, Raymond Ziler, William Ziler, Mr. Lechleiter, Mr. Ackerman, and Mr. Cauger. Daniels gravestone is located to the right of his parents.]
