Sarah F. Sparks first married to Pardon T. Morris and after his death to Pardon's cousin, Pardon F. Rice. Sarah is the daughter of Thomas Sparks & Margaret "Peggy" Johnson. She was born in Louisa, Lawrence County, Kentucky.
