Cyrena Blancet, was born at Marietta, Washington Co, OH 14 May 1840 the daughter of David and Sylvia Rood Blancett; on 20 Jul 1850 in Washington Co, OH she married David C. Oliver; she died in Washington Co, OH on 17 Jan 1887. Their children were Hiram, Charles, Betty Blancet who married William Henry Hutchinson, Frank Elmer, Cyrus D., Emeline, Rose R., Bernice L., Cora M. and Rhoda Oliver.
