Cecil Lehman Mitchell was a son of Arna E. Mitchell and Amy E. Lehman. He was born 31 Mar 1899 in Union County, Ohio. On 4 Jun 1921, Cecil married Edith Hilbert, a daughter of Fred and Mary Hilbert. Cecil and Edith had three children while working on their dairy farm in Union County. Edith died first on 2 Jun 1984. Then, Cecil died on 26 Jun 1985.
