Charles was the 1st-born of 6 known children of Samuel Vinton Tull & Fannie Elisabeth Armstrong; he was born in Lawrence Co., Ohio, and married Caroline L. Bunker on 8 Oct 1923 in Ft. Wayne, Allen Co., Indiana; in April 1930, he was an upholsterer in a furniture store, and resided with his wife and 2 known daughters at 125 Light St., Springfield, Clark Co., Ohio; he died 3 Aug 1975 in Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio. 1st cousin 1X removed of the submitter. RIP.
