Marvin was born Oct 24, 1927 in Ohio and died Sep 7, 2006 in Columbus, Franklin, Ohio. S/O William Flowers and Grace Hill Flowers Clevenger. His siblings included Evelyn, Wanda, and Wilbur. He had seven sons: Steven, Gary, Ron, Donald, Norman, Bryan, and Mike. On May 10, 1987 he married his 2nd wife, Janet G Marcum in Knox County, Ohio. They were married 19 years.
