Ruthella was born 7 Oct 1928 in Patriot, Gallia Co., OH and died 24 Jan 1987 in Columbus, Franklin Co., OH. She was the daughter of William Cecil and Thelma C. (McDaniel) Cotton. She married James Franklin Hamilton 11 Dec 1944 with whom she had two children.
