Lacy was born Aug 6, 1868 in Ohio, and died about May 2, 1954, probably in Columbus, Franklin, Ohio. (Her obituary was published in Dayton on that date). D/O Lawrence Washington Sifrit (B:1824-OH), and Susannah Luany Wilson (B:1831-VA). Her siblings included: Hannah, Oliver, Narcissus, Edgar, and Lawrence Jr.
On Jan 16, 1889 she married George Elsworth Bazler in Franklin County, Ohio. S/O Thomas Bazler (B:1831-OH), and Eliza Blaine (B:1831-OH). Their children included: Paul Sifrit-1889, Ralph-1895, Janice-1903, and Carroll-1908.
In the 1940 census she was living on 7th Ave in Columbus. She reported her education included 2 years of college; she was a widow, and she was living with her son Paul, her daughter-in-law, Lea, and her grandson. Paul Jr.
