William B. Connolly "Father"
1845 - 1925
Ellen J. Connolly "Mother"
1843 - 1923
Born in (West) Virginia, William married Ellen J. According to William's death record, his father's name was George. Also listed on his death record is his burial location as "Success, Ohio." Pleasant Grove U.B. Cemetery, where his tombstone is located, was part of the community that was known in the 1800's and early 1900's as "Success." There is another cemetery on Success Road that is named Success, but Pleasant Grove was also called, by the locals, Success.
William and Ellen's son William H. married Samuel and Sarah Baker's (also buried in Pleasant Grove) youngest daughter Rheumah "Anna" Baker.
William and Ellen migrated to Ohio from (West) Virginia (date not known) and spent the remainder of their lives farming in Olive Township, Meigs County.
