[Death Records Meigs Co., OH, Vol. 1, page 134, line 187 -- Died age 74y 5m 17 days in Columbia Twp., born in PA. Occupation was mason, cause of death consumption. William was a widower at the time of his death. There are two stones in with these Chamberlain stones, one of them MAY be Katherine's. Katherine, Wm.'s wife, is not on the 1870 census and also Wm. is listed as a widower when he died. Wm. is living in the household of Henry Weyand husband of Hannah Chamberlain, Wm's dau. Also in this household is Meslissa Chamberlain age 20 another dau., who later married John Romine]
