Edgar Fletcher was born 16 May 1914 and died 27 Jun 1917 in Scioto County, Ohio. He was buried in Milldale Cemetery, Scioto County. Sources: 1. Place of death, Ohio Deaths, 1908-1932, 1938-1944, and 1958-2002. 2. 1982 inventory by Virgil and Marguerite Ramsey (Scioto Co. Chapter, Ohio Genealogical Society, newsletter, July/August 1996). 3. 1997 inventory by Wayne Campbell, Brenda Campbell and Richard Underwood. This inventory and a map of the cemetery showing mostly fieldstones are available at the Portsmouth Public Library. Edgar’s burial site is No. 103 on the map.
