Baby boy Locher was a son of Philip Locher and Maud Neal. He was born and died 03 June 1910 in Porter Township, Scioto County, Ohio. The baby was interred in Milldale (School House Hollow) Cemetery. He was a son of “P & M Locher,” according to an inscription on his tombstone recorded in a 1982 cemetery inventory. A 1997 inventory noted this inscription: “Our Darling.” Sources: 1982 inventory by Virgil and Marguerite Ramsey (Scioto Co. Chapter, Ohio Genealogy Society, newsletter, July/August 1996). 2. 1997 inventory by Wayne Campbell, Brenda Campbell and Richard Underwood. The 1997 inventory and a map of the cemetery showing mostly fieldstones are available at the Portsmouth Public Library. His gravesite is No. 42 on map. 3.
