Daughter of John Bałabonski and Tekla Borkowska. Buried near her parents. First name provided on death certificate was Mary.
Note that the word "Curka" on the stone is likely a misspelling for "Córka" meaning daughter--"Curka" means "daughter of"). Stone partially sunk when photographed April 2013.
