Henry Harrison Dulaney, Born Cherokee, McArthur Twp. Died at home, 101 W. Bennett St., Sidney, Shelby County, Ohio. He was in the Philippine Insurrection actually prior to the Spanish/American War. He trained at Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas at the same time the Rough Riders were in training. The Rough Riders were not actual U.S. Army, but a private Army.
