[Michael Aleshire was born in 1770 in Shenandoah Co., VA. Son of Conrad Elscheit and Maria Catharina Goessel. Married Philadelphia Weighs 04 Aug 1789 there. Moved to the area that would become Meigs Co., Ohio with brothers, Conrad and Peter Aleshire between 1802 & 1810.]
It is assumed his wife is also buried in this cemetery although no stone has been found for her.]
