Jeffrey Scott Watson, 51, of Bellefontaine, went to be with his heavenly father Thursday, September 8, 2011. He was born August 29, 1960 in Urbana, a son of Roger L. and Betty Louise (Evilsizor) Watson.
A successful entrepreneur, Jeffrey is the owner of the Jeffrey Watson Land Trust, Inc. He was an avid pilot who loved life, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. Jeffrey was also a hard working diligent individual, who achieved his dreams through persistence, dedication and boundless energy.
Jeffrey is survived by his beloved wife Lisa, his son Jacob Watson, stepdaughters, Brittany and Katie Cole, brother, Todd Watson and his wife Annette of Cable, three nephews, Chase, Collin and Colby Watson, uncles, Russ Watson and his wife Janis of Archbold, OH and Ray Watson and his wife Janice of Powell, OH and numerous cousins. He was a devoted husband, father and family man with a deep religious conviction.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. Sunday, September 11, 2011 in the WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 642 S. Main Street, Urbana where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2011 with Pastor Jeffrey Willetts officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery, St. Paris, OH.
