Claudous H Baker, 68, Columbus, died Sunday at 10 pm in University Hospital, Columbus, where had been a patient four days. He had been ill one year.
Born April 4, 1905, Randolph County Ind., he was the son of Harry J and Ada M Driscoll Baker. He was married to Fern Williams in 1931. She died March 2, 1968.
He graduated from Brown Township High School in 1924 and from Ohio State University in 1928. He was a member of the National Riflemen's Association and Social Lodge F&AM in Lena. He was a veteran of WWII when he served in the US Marines. He was an Ohio State Highway Patrolman until 1968 when he retired as a first sergeant after 20
years. Burial will be in Fletcher Cemetery
