Ruby Arlene Wells, age 54, of Conover passed away at 6:05 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2016 in the Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. Born on May 22, 1961 in Springfield, Ohio, Ruby was a daughter of the late Melvin and Dorothy (Fieth) Jenkins. She married Roger Dean Wells on January 26, 1980 and he survives. Ruby is survived by three children, Ryan (Amy) Wells of Fort Worth, Texas, Raun (Anya) Wells of Bellefontaine and Jamie (Sara) Wells of Springfield. She was a loving grandmother to five grandchildren, Cheyanne Wells, Reese and Kaylee Wells, Christian Wells and Paige Swelling. She is also survived by two brothers, Roger (Kim) Jenkins of St. Paris and Robert (Debbie) Jenkins of Urbana and two sisters, Patty (Gene) Mumford of Urbana and Roberta (Steve) Monfort of New Carlisle and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Darlene Lewis. Ruby graduated from Graham High School in 1979 and received her LPN from Hi Point Nursing School. She worked at McAuley Center in Urbana and formerly worked for Dr Aijaz Ahmed. She loved bowling, bingo and most of all her grandkids. A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, January 23, 2016, in the ATKINS-SHIVELY FUNERAL HOME, Saint Paris, 216 S. Springfield Street, with Pastor Kenny Cordell presiding.
