This stone's info is worn off even to touch it. After much photo editing, (not shown) I believe there's a date of Jan 6, 1852. January may be wrong. Its definitely a 6. Year could be 1862. I cannot tell if this is a birth or death date. It is right beneath the name. It also looks as though there may have been other writing below the date I evaluated .
