Orla "Jim" Chamberlin, age 72, of Urbana, Ohio, passed away at 11:29 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2014. Born on March 5, 1942, in Logan County, OH, Jim was a son of the late Harold W. and Rose Ruth (Miller) Chamberlin. His wife, Wally, survives him. Jim is also survived by his children: Penny (Steve) Dorfman of Oakland, CA, Richard (Julia) Chamberlin of Columbus, OH, Jeff (Daina) Chamberlin of Piqua, OH, Sam (Tammy) Roberts of Urbana, OH, Shelly Roberts of Springfield, OH, Quintin (Lori) Roberts of DeGraff, OH, Chris (Lori) Roberts of Huntsville, OH, and Teresa Roberts of South Point, OH. He was a loving grandfather to thirteen grandchildren: Amber, Chad, William, Jacob, Lucas, Hannah, Tyler, Mallory, Samantha, Zachry, Josh, Miranda and Sarah; and fifteen great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Tom, his dog, Suzy and his cat, Bridget. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Joe. Jim was a 1960 graduate of North Lewisburg High School. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of Harmony Lodge Free and Accepted Masons, Urbana, OH, and the Antioch Shrine, Dayton, OH. He was a member of the Lima Power Squadron and was actively involved in teaching boat safety with the club. Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014, in Terre Haute Cemetery, Terre Haute, Ohio
