June 26 (or 28), 1874
Aged 45 Y...rest is unreadable
**As far as I can tell from several photos, and from editing the fonts - this man died in June. The date is questionable as to the 26 or the 28th. The year is definitely 1874. I'm assuming his age says 45 (I at first thought it 15) but due to his wife's age on the other side of the stone, I do believe 45 is correct.
