Harry Limes was born on July 27, 1904 in Columbus, Ohio. He was the youngest son of Winfield Scott and Essie Lillian Lombard Limes. He had three brothers: Ernie, Sr. Tom and Albert.
In his early life he was a lather and worked in various cities around the state of Ohio. Later, he worked as a foreman for the General Industries company in Elyria, Ohio.
His hobbies were fishing, boating and the watching the Cleveland Indians games!
On December 7, 1944 he married Virginia Harriet Zagorsky. They lived on Arizona Avenue in Lorain, Ohio and had one daughter, Linda.
Virginia Harriet Zagorsky Limes was born in September 13, 1914 in Lorain, Ohio. She died on February 3, 1995 in Kirtland, Ohio. Her parents were Andrew and Josephine (Szczepankiewicz)Zagorsky.
Her siblings were: Joseph, Frank, Helen, Mary, Floyd, Stanley, Edward, Al, Irene and Theresa.
