Meigs Co. Ohio Death Records Vol. 1 page 106, line 148 - Thomas S. Harkins born in PA died May 15, 1876*[sic] aged 81y 4m 22d in Salem Twp. - *note the difference in the year of death in the death records compared to the tombstone.
Thomas was married to Eliza - maiden name unknown to me]
