Preston Cromwell (PC) Shipps, son of Uriah Israel and Rachel Flavia Coulter
Shipps, b. March 07, 1859 in Claylick, Licking County, OH; d. July 10, 1942 in Coshocton, OH. He operated a general store in Conesville, Coshocton County, organized a newspaper, the Glass Undertaking County, and participated in the founding of the Peoples Bank.
