This stone is beside the stone of George F. Utnahmer. George's stone lists he was the son of C. & S. Utnahmer and died Sept 29, 1872 age 2m 12d. It is possible that the stone pictured belong to his parents.
I did find in Meigs Co. OH Death Records Vol. 2, page 23, line 137 the death of Charles Utnahmer born in Germany, died in Syracuse aged 74y 6m 9d married at the time of his death on Mar 20, 1901.
