Death Certificate - born June 22, 1878 in Minersville, OH to Phillip Guersey and Mary Ann Thomas. Died in in Syracuse, Meigs Co., OH Jan 1, 1948, aged 69y6m9d. Informant: Harold Duckwoth.
Mary was first married to John Robert Duckworth who is also in this cemetery, buried next to her and he died 1912.
