Lonnie E. Frazier, son of Frank and Martha Frazier, was born on 09 February 1898 and died on 08 May 1974 in a "Penal Institution" in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio [though his actual residence was in Salisbury Township, Meigs County, Ohio]. He was listed as being "divorced" in the Ohio Death Records.
