Stone is very weatherworn. It appears as if there is a female name on the stone, Wladyslawa. Comparison of this stone against State of Ohio death records and Calvary Cemetery burial records indicate a male buried here, named Wladyslaw. Name on stone conflicts with death documentation. Stone has surname as Komisarz, death documentation (State of Ohio death certificate and burial records from Calvary) indicate surname as Komiszarz. Wladyslaw Komiszarz was born in Austria-Poland to Andrew Komiszarz and Teresa Zajac. Single. Living on Miami St. at time of death.
