Martin was the son of Teofil Zulka and Franciszka Jozwiak. Born in Poland. Was a farmer in Washington Twp.
Bernard operated Zulka's Grocery Store on Warsaw St. He later worked as a meat cutter for Jaskolski's Grocery. The stone had not been updated to reflect Bernard's death. Interment verified via Calvary Cemetery's interment records and Toledo Blade obituary published 31 August 1983.
