The surname appears to be misspelled on the stone. All documentation used to research this stone -- Thomas' and Rose's death certificates and Calvary Cemetery burial records -- support the spelling of Beauregard. Thomas was named as Damasce on his death certificate. Rose's death certificate indicated she was buried in Forest Cemetery; however, Calvary Cemetery burial logs indicate she is buried with her husband. The couple lived in Stony Ridge (Wood County), Ohio.
