Patsy Ann Wilt, age 70, of St. Paris passed away at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, April 30, 2007 in Mercy Hospital, Urbana. She was born on June 29, 1936 in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Lucille (Johnson) Dovel. She married Harry "Shorty" Wilt on Sept. 10, 1955 and he preceded her in death on Sept. 6, 1995. Two sons and daughters-in-law survive Patsy: Mike and Glenna Wilt of St. Paris, Rick and Janet Wilt of St. Paris, and one daughter and son-in-law: Kathy and Jon Rieck of Noblesville, Indiana, eight grandchildren: Michael, Jenny, and Samantha Wilt of St. Paris; Gretchen and Zach Wilt of St. Paris; David (Jenny) Rieck, Amy, and Brian Rieck all of Noblesville; and two great-grandsons, Gavin Rieck of Noblesville and Jackson Smith of St. Paris. She is also survived by sister and brother-in-law Judy and Dick Kizer of Rosewood and brother and sister-in-law Bob and Mary Dovell of North Lewisburg. Patsy was a 1954 graduate of Urbana High School. She retired from Graham School District where she worked at Graham North Elementary as an aide. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2007 at 11 a.m. in the ATKINS-SHIVELY FUNERAL HOME, 216 S. Springfield St., Saint Paris with the Rev. William Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery, North Heck Hill Road, St. Paris.
