Hello world of Crestline Ohio my great great grandmother was the sister that married in 1849 to John Carroll they then sailed all the way to Australia . I don't know if there is a town named Killane it could be there that they married in Ireland.The name of my g.g.grandmother was Mary Crowe and her mother's maiden name was Flannery. Mary's father died on 16-2-1848 named John . After his death 1849-50 John's wife took her family to Quebec in Canada ,Burlington and eventually Crestline in Ohio America.This is where William F Crowe was the Mayor for several terms and a younger brother of Mary Carroll nee Crowe. Now Mary and John Carroll lived in Yambuck for about 16 years then moved about 20 miles west in south west Victoria in Australia to a place called Tyrendarra it is on the Fitzroy river near the sea not too far from Portland . The next exciting details l can share with you are that Mary and John Carroll had 15 children ,my name is Parker Maloney and l welcome your inquiries as it is now 11.20pm and l think it's time for bed Good Night.
