Death Certificate - born in OH Dec 1, 1826 to John Shafer and Eva Wagner both born in PA. Died in Lawrence Twp., Stark Co., OH Oct 25, 1913*
Note there the difference for her date of death on stone when compared to the death certificate. I have seen original death certificate, it clearly shows her date of death as Oct 25, 1913 and burial took place Oct 28, 1913.
